The corporation was formed in 1996 under the state law of Delaware.
CFI was created to engage in all legal profit making business activities. Some of which are:
1) Tax preparation, including but not limited to quarterly tax preparation and payment. Consult on maintaining records for revenue generated and expenses incurred as a sole proprietor or self employed individual.
2) Outsourcing Service for Corporations - Creation and management of the process of keeping and reporting accounting records. We also provide payroll service.
Target size of clients - small through medium.
We sincerely believe keeping a good accounting/financial record, either as an individual or corporation, is one the keys to one having and keeping wealth.
